Pre-dawn meal for tommorow

'bonne appetit'

Having meal at 5 a.m

Food on list:

- Bread with 'bilis'
- Carrot susu( if possible)
- Burger( scud)
- Susu( ask Devi)
- Cereal (long-term energy)

That's all..control the lust for food( with Pn. Nazura)
